Anne Andrews, LMT – Bones For Life®, Ortho-Bionomy

This program was created by Ruthy Alon an Internationally known Feldenkrais instructor. It uses natural movement and weight bearing patterns of posture and movement to address bone health issues. Based on the concepts of Somatic Integrative Learning, it is designed to both de-program counter- productive patterns of movement as well as promote better bone health. I teach this primarily as a self-care class to help prevent injury and improve posture, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
